You absolutely need to consume a REAL Philly cheesesteak. People eat at places touting ‘Philly steaks’ and buy all kinds of stuff which doesn’t even vaguely resemble the real thing. Who the hell ever heard of a Philly cheesesteak with CHICKEN!!!!! Only a steak from Pat’s or Geno’s, 11th and Passayunk Avenue, South Philly will do. ‘One, wiz, with’ is all you need to say and you will receive a Philly cheesesteak with cheese wiz and onions. When you get to the front of the line, don’t fumble around, be ready, don’t ask ‘What else do you have?’, or you will be banished to the end of the line to get your order ready, a sizable penalty on some days. When you get your steak, take napkins….enjoy. PW
